UVS HOSPITALITY PRIVATE entered into a Share purchase agreement to acquire 45.6% stake in Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Limited from Siddhant Agarwal, VKA Enterprises Private Limited and Prudent Management & Industrial Consultats Pvt Ltd for INR 14.1 million.

UVS HOSPITALITY PRIVATE entered into a Share purchase agreement to acquire 45.6% stake in Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Limited (BSE:531652) from Siddhant Agarwal, VKA Enterprises Private Limited and Prudent Management & Industrial Consultats Pvt Ltd for INR 14.1 million on April 18, 2023. Under the terms of transaction, UVS HOSPITALITY will acquire approximately 1 million shares at INR 14 per share wherein Siddhant Agarwal, VKA Enterprises Private and Prudent Management & Industrial Consultats will sell 0.15 million, 0.7 million and 0.16 million shares respectively. In related transaction, UVS HOSPITALITY PRIVATE made an offer to acquire 26% stake in Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Limited on April 18, 2023.

Post completion of Offer and SPA, offeror will hold 71.6% stake in Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries
