(Nasdaq: SCLD), a leading developer of mobility computing appliance solutions today announced that it has signed a new agreement with Research In Motion ("RIM"), enabling it to offer a complete Hosted BlackBerry Enterprise Server solution that includes license administration to hosting service providers around the world. These licenses will enable hosting service providers to offer a hosted BlackBerry service to their customers.

The Company believes that it will begin to recognize revenue from hosting service providers under this agreement in the current quarter.

Additionally, SteelCloud, as a BlackBerry® Alliance Elite Member, is a sponsor at the BlackBerry EMEA Alliance Summit 2009 being held in Rome on November 25th-27th. This summit is a gathering of BlackBerry Alliance Program members from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
