American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement to acquire Tock, Inc. from Squarespace, Inc. for $400 million.

American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement to acquire Tock, Inc. from Squarespace, Inc. (NYSE:SQSP) for $400 million on June 21, 2024. In a related transaction American Express Company (NYSE:AXP) agreed to acquire Rooam. As part of the deal, Squarespace and American Express will also partner to deliver additional value for small businesses that use American Express Cards through the Amex Offers program and Card Member benefits.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) acted as financial advisor to American Express Company.
