        - Guenther Ottendorfer named Chief Operating Officer - The release informed that
          Guenther Ottendorfer has been appointed as the Company's Chief Operating Officer,
          technology. Ottendorfer has more than 25 years of experience. He was previously
          associated with Telekom Austria Group as chief technology officer and a board member
          and also served as a managing director of Optus Singtel in Sydney, Australia.
        - John Saw promoted to Chief Technology Officer - The Company reported that John Saw,
          Chief Network Officer, has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer, reporting to
          Ottendorfer. As per the release, the Company has made significant improvement to its
          network under Saw's leadership. In the first half of the year, the Company received a
          total of 180 first place RootScore Awards for overall performance, reliability, speed,
          data, call, or text network performance compared with only 27 a year ago.
