SEWON E&C CO., Ltd. announced a private placement 9,888,751 common shares at issue price of KRW 809 per share and at a par value of KRW 500 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 7,999,999,559 on October 27, 2021. The transaction include participation from Digitalkingdomhongdings Co. Ltd for all the shares issued. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company. The securities issued through third party allotment. The securities issued are subjected to one year hold period. The transaction is expected to close on December 20, 2021.
Sewon E&C Co Ltd, formerly Sewon Cellontech Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of process equipment. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Process Equipment Business segment is engaged in the design and manufacture of process equipment such as heat exchangers and reactors, among others. This segmentâs products are used in petrochemicals, oil and gas, power generation, among others. The Power Limb Business segment produces and supplies power limb such as pumps, valves, cylinders and others. This segmentâs products are used in automobile equipment, machine tools and steel equipment, among others. The Other Business segment manufactures glass lining equipment, centrifuges and others.
