Sansei Landic Company Limited agreed to acquire unused land at 4-4-16, 5jou, Kitagou, Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo City, Hokkaido from Kitakoudensha Corp. (SPSE:1734) for ¥85 million on November 24, 2011. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors on November 24, 2011. The conclusion of contract is planned to be on November 30, 2011. The asset transfer is planned to be in mid December, 2011. Kitakoudensha Corp. expects to record a ¥78 million extraordinary profit on the selling of property for the fiscal year ending March 2012.
