Rodobens Negocios Imobiliarios SA : Fitch upgraded Rodobens to A - 01/24/2014

São Paulo, January 24, 2014 - Rodobens Negócios Imobiliários S.A. (BM&FBovespa: RDNI3, Bloomberg: RDNI3 BZ) hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that the risk-rating agency Fitch Rating announced today that it upgraded the Company's Long-term National Rating to A(bra) from A-(bra). At the same time, the Long-term National Rating for the third issue of debentures backed by security interest, at the initial nominal amount of R$150.0 million, was upgraded to A(bra) from A-(bra).The corporate outlook rating was revised to Stable from Positive.
