OneMain Financial appointed Adam Rosman as executive vice president and general counsel, effective January 2, 2019. Rosman will succeed John Anderson, who will be retiring. Anderson will step down from his position at the beginning of 2020 and assume a senior advisory role until mid-2020. In addition, the company has said it has appointed Jenny Osterhout as chief administrative officer, effective January 6, 2019. Rosman has most recently been at Fiserv, where he served as executive vice president, general counsel, for First Data before the Fiserv/First Data merger. Osterhout has previously been at Bank of New York Mellon, where she served in a variety of roles, including most recently as chief financial officer for Investment Management.
