Magyar Telekom purchased treasury shares

Budapest - June 21, 2024 - Magyar Telekom (Reuters: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: MTELEKOM HB, hereinafter the "Company"), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider, announces that in accordance with its extraordinary announcement on February 22, 2024, for the purpose of shareholders' remuneration, the Company purchased 5,662,577 Magyar Telekom ordinary shares (HU0000073507) at an average price of HUF 1059.38 per share on June 21, 2024. The share purchase was carried out on the Budapest Stock Exchange via negotiated transactions through Erste Investment Limited, as investment service provider. Following this transaction the Company holds 18,647,397 treasury shares.
