The shares are purchased in the market from 8.May 2024 to 13.June 2024 and the share price corresponds to the average purchase price adjusted for dividends. The participants receive 25 % discount on the purchase price. The discount from market price is subject to taxation. A total of 5 993 employees participated in the program.
