Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TSE:6503) agreed to acquire 72.47% stake in KITA KOUDENSHA Corporation (SPSE:1734) for ¥240 million on January 9, 2024. The Share Exchange is scheduled to be conducted with an effective date of April 15, 2024.
