VFR Inc. announced a private placement of common shares on October 5, 2021. The transaction included participation from Rikei Corporation, Drone Fund No. 3, a fund managed by Drone Fund, ACSL 1 Limited Partnership, Kaga Electronics Co.,Ltd, KDDI Open Innovation Fund 3, a fund managed by Global Brain Co., Ltd. The securities are issued through third-party allotment.
KAGA ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of electronic components, semiconductors, Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS), finished products such as personal computers (PC) and other peripheral devices.
