Investor Centre Limited Announces Company Secretary Changes

Investor Centre Limited announced that Existing CEO of Pulse Markets Pty Ltd. Ms Trishella Geitz has been appointed as Company Secretary effective immediately. Ms Geitz has been CEO of Investor Centre Data for over 10 years and CEO of Pulse Markets Pty Ltd. since February 2023. Further to the appointment, Mr. Gregory Starr has resigned as Company Secretary effective immediately.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Geitz will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.
