HCP, Inc. announced the promotion of Troy E. McHenry to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. McHenry will succeed James
W. Mercer, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, who will retire from HCP effective February 5, 2016.
Mr. McHenry most recently served as Senior Vice President Legal, HR and Assistant Secretary, and has been with the company since 2010. Prior to joining HCP, Mr. McHenry served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at MGM Resorts International. Scott A. Anderson, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Anderson has been with the company since 2009, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Darren A. Kowalske, Executive Vice President Asset Management, Senior Housing and Care. Mr. Kowalske has been with the company since 2014, most recently as Senior Vice President Hospital and Post-Acute John Lu, Executive Vice President Corporate Finance and Investments. Mr. Lu has been with the company since 2006, most recently as Senior Vice President Financial Planning and Investor Relations, and previously served in various roles in Acquisitions, Investment Management and Life Science. John Stasinos, Executive Vice President International. Mr. Stasinos has been with the company since 2003, most recently as Senior Vice President International.
