THINKR inc. announced that it will issue 115,559 shares at a price of ¥25,086.75222 per share for gross proceeds of ¥2,899,000,000 on June 21, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investors Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc. for 47,818 shares, Hankyu Hanshin Innovation Partners Fund, a fund managed by SBI Investment Co., Ltd. for 11,954 shares, JAFCO V7 Investment Limited Partnership for 27,096 shares, JAFCO SV7-S Investment Limited Partnership a fund managed by JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. for 4,782 shares, Hirac Fund No. 2 Investment Business LLP, a fund managed by for 23,909 shares, returning investor Avex Inc. The transaction is expected to close on July 25, 2024.
The company will raise money though third-party allotment.
