Flextronics International Ltd. : Flextronics Appoints Tom Linton Chief Procurement Officer

Singapore, January 11, 2012-Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX)
announced that it has appointed Tom Linton, chief procurement
officer for the Company. In his role, he is responsible
for managing and optimizing Flextronics' global supply
chain activities in 30 countries, overseeing a worldwide team
of highly skilled professionals who are experienced in the
discipline.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Linton is an
internationally recognized, supply chain leader.
Previously, he has served as Chief Procurement Officer at LG
Electronics, Inc., Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., and Agere
Systems, Inc. He was also a founding vice president of
E2Open, Inc.

Linton is a graduate of the University of Vermont, and has
completed executive education programs at the University of
Virginia. He is a member of the board of directors of
