(Alliance News) - Expert.ai Spa on Monday announced that the board has approved the appointment of Mario Pardi as its new chief executive officer.
Board member Marco Varone, on the other hand, was appointed as vice chairman of the board.
Expert.ai closed Monday's session in the green by 1.3 percent at EUR1.13 per share.
