Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited announced that Dave Cheesewright, Weiwei Chen and Christian Nothhaft will be joining the Board of the Company as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 30 November 2021. Dave Cheesewrightis the former President and CEO of Walmart International, responsible for all Walmart's businesses outside the United States. He is currently a director of Coles Group Limited, Rapha Racing Ltd. and an advisory board member of Smith School of Business, Queen's University, Ontario. Weiwei Chen is the former Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, China of Starbucks and Chief Financial Officer, China Division of Yum! Brands. She has more than 27 years of diverse industry experience in consumer, retail and pharmaceutical companies. She is currently a non-executive director of, and Senior Business Adviser to, HBM Holdings Ltd, a global, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company and Board Senior Adviser to Pharmplus, a retail pharmacy chain. Christian Nothhaft has many years of experience in the retail sector in Asia, including as former CEO of Watsons Personal Care Stores, China and Managing Director of Fortress. He is currently the Chair of China Group International Investment Ltd, which focuses on investments in Asian consumer businesses and consumer technologies, and Entrepreneur in Residence with Warburg Pincus LLC, focusing on retail and health & beauty investments.

Food segment is mainly involved in the operation of supermarkets, hypermarkets and convenience stores through brands under the names of Wellcome, Yonghui, Cold Storage, Market Place, Hero, Jasons, 7-Eleven, among others. Health and Beauty segment principally operates health and beauty stores under the brand names of Wanning, Guardian, Rose Pharmacy and Live Well, among others. Home Furnishings segment is mainly engaged in household products business through its homeware brand IKEA. Restaurants segment is mainly involved in chain catering business through operating restaurants, bakery shops, coffee shops and others. Other Retailing segment mainly operates department stores and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) stores.
