NOTICE TO THE MARKET
COPASA MG (B3: CSMG3) hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general that Fitch Ratings has published, on this date, a report affirming at AA+(bra) the National Long-Term ratings of the Company and its unsecured debentures issuances. The Corporate Rating Outlook has been changed from Stable to Positive.
The change of the Outlook to Positive, according to Fitch Ratings, reflects an expectation that the Company will preserve its robust liquidity based on the current strategy to maintain its cash and financial investments position above its short-term debt. Fitch also considered the projection of reduced financial leverage, robust and growing operating cash generation, and proven financial flexibility of COPASA MG.
The Company also states that the report issued by Fitch was electronically filed with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3) on this date.
