Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On January 21, 2020, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be payable on or about February 18, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 7, 2020. A copy of the press release issued in connection with such action is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
