COIMA RES S.p.A. and De Agostini S.p.A. are planning initial public offerings (IPO) in coming weeks in a test of investor appetite for the country's recovering commercial property sector. Coima Res, which is set to begin its investor roadshow this week, and De Agostini Group's Idea Res, which also has permission to begin the IPO process, are the latest attempts at expanding listed real estate in Italy. The likely floats on Borsa Italiana come as international investors show increased interest in the country's property assets, turning their attention from other post-crisis markets, such as Spain and Ireland.

Coima Res and Idea Res declined to comment for regulatory reasons.
