Chandrima Mercantiles Limited, at the Board Meeting held on September 7, 2021 approved resignation of Ms. Shitalben Shah from the post of Non-Executive Director of the company. The company also approved resignation of Mr. Kaupilkumar Shah from the post of Whole-Time Director of the company.
