Byline Bancorp, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced net income was USD 15.852 million compared to USD 17.121 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.41 compared to USD 0.47 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 0.41 compared to USD 0.46 a year ago. For the full year, net income was USD 57.002 million compared to USD 41.193 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.51 compared to USD 1.21 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 1.48 compared to USD 1.18 a year ago.
