• As disclosed in Company Announcements n.14/2018, Athena sold its Polish wind farm.
• As diclosed in Company Announcement n.13/2019, on 25 July 2019 Athena sold some of its wind farms located in Italy and Spain to Ardian Infrastructure and Glennmont Partners.
• As diclosed in Company Announcement n. 13/2019, on 25 July 2019 Athena sold some of its solar assets located in Italy and Spain to Ardian Infrastructure.
• For consistency, the production figures since January 2018 until July 2019 are presented excluding all the above mentioned assets sold.

(reminder: production figures including the assets sold would be, for August 2018 9,458 MWh for Wind and 6,129 MWh for Solar, for YTD 2019 168,551 MWh for Wind and 38,849 MWh for Solar and for YTD 2018 176,892 MWh for Wind and 41,927 MWh for Solar).

• As disclosed in Company Announcement n.14/2018, on 8 November 2018 Athena sold its last operating wind farm in Poland to a private Polish Investor.
• As diclosed in Company Announcement n. 13/2019, on 25 July 2019 Athena sold some of its wind and solar assets located in Italy and Spain to Ardian Infrastructure and Glennmont Partners.

Monthly Update for August 2019

WIND

• In August 2019, the total wind production was 9% higher than expected.

• In particular, due to favorable wind conditions during the month and to extremely poor wind conditions on the same period last year, production generated was extremely higher (+86%) compared to August 2018.
• Net wind production year-to-date was in line with estimates and the same period last year.

SOLAR

• In August 2019, the total solar production was lower than budget.
  • Nevertheless, the irradiation was in line with estimates.
  • Net solar production year-to-date was in line with estimates and slightly higher than expected the same period last year.
