Reggio Emilia, January 7, 2020 - We inform you that, with effect from 1 January 2020, the merger by incorporation of Delverde Industrie Alimentari S.p.A. and Centrale del Latte di Salerno S.p.A. into Newlat Food S.p.A. was completed.

The effects of the merger deed, in addition to simplifying the Group's structure, will generate benefits and cost savings estimated at around € 2 million per year.

In addition to improving the Group's profitability, these resources will be used to strengthen marketing activities, already expected by the guidelines of the business plan, and positively affect the performance of the business.
