Game on!
The match referee has just carried out a pitch inspection, and he has decided that today's game against Chorley will go ahead as scheduled, depending on another pitch inspection at 1pm when all the snow has been cleared, but it is highly likely that the game will be on. The pitch has remained soft under the snow and the covers over the past few days.
Everyone involved would like to thank the magnificent efforts of our volunteers, who have cleared several tonnes of snow from the pitch to enable the game to go-ahead.
Please come along and support the lads, and also give our volunteers a huge pat on the back for enabling the game to go ahead!
