'Every cup of coffee has a story.'

In collaboration with The Parkway Theater and Feed My Sheep Association (FMSA), Fortunes Gourmet Coffees presents CAFFEINATED on Saturday, March 12 from 4:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. at The Parkway Theater. 'Caffeinated' tells the story of coffee through the perspectives of people who have dedicated their lives to it. At every step of the process, it's the hands that planted the seed, that roasted the beans, that crafted the drink that makes every cup of coffee a story worth telling. Watch the trailer.

At this fundraising event, attendees will enjoy a screening of the beautiful, intellectual journey within each cup of coffee. After the screening, attendees may participate in a simple coffee tasting to observe the different tastesand aromas of coffee. We hope participants will take what they have learned from the screening and apply it to the coffee tasting and leave the event feeling enlightened about why coffee is such an art and science. The proceeds and donations from the event will go directly to two local non-profit organizations, Feed My Sheep Association and The Parkway Theater. Purchase tickets.

The Parkway Theater is an initiative of the Community Reel Arts Center, whose mission is to enhance the cultural vitality of the Sto-Rox community and surrounding region through the art of film. Their vision is a window to a world of expanding respect, wisdom and creativity. Through an exhibition of diverse films, film festivals, concerts and special events, this theater will celebrate ideas and promote the appreciation and understanding of the art of film in a vibrant and inviting setting.

Feed My Sheep Association (FMSA) is a Pittsburgh non-profit organization that is operated completely by volunteers. All FMSA proceeds go towards providing food, supplies and adequate living conditions to indigent Costa Rican women and children living in deplorable circumstances.

Since 2006 the FMSA has built over 20 homes and has provided countless meals to hundreds of hungry children (Feed estimated 360 women and children each day). Feed My Sheep has also worked closely with schools and churches to secure suitable locations for children to learn and to be fed.
