January APC&EC Meeting Scheduled
NORTH LITTLE ROCK-The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on January 26, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.
Agenda items include a request to initiate rulemaking for Regulation 36, the Used Tire Recycling and Accountability Program, as well as a request to initiate rulemaking on Regulation 37, a proposed nutrient water quality trading regulation. The Commissioners will also hear oral argument on a recommended decision in the Muhammed Zameer and Tristate Contracting of Brinkley, LLC, appeal.
