and the BeNeLux States.
Prior to joining Allianz, he worked as an associate in the private equity company Nordwind Capital.
Prior to that, he worked as member of the academic staff at the KfW Foundation’s chair for entrepreneurial finance at Munich’s Technical University, where he also completed his Ph.D.
Thorsten completed his combined degree in commerce at the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, and MBA at the Joseph M.
Katz Graduate School of Business, Pittsburgh.
