LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Ltd. (LIC Mutual Fund) is a mutual fund management firm headquartered in Mumbai, India. The firm was founded in 1989 by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). In 2012, they became a joint venture between Life Insurance Corporation of India and Nomura Asset Management. LIC Mutual Fund manages investment funds for individual and institutional investors.

LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Co. Ltd. (LICMF-AM) is the asset management arm and an affiliate of Life Insurance Corporation of India which is controlled by the Government of India. Formerly known as Jeevan Bima Sahayog Asset Management Co., the firm was established in 1994 and is located in Mumbai. LICMF-AM manages a diverse range of mutual funds.
