Prior to joining Connecticut Clean Energy Fund in 2010.
Mr. McCarthy previously worked as a construction coordinator for a large-scale waste water treatment facility in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and as a volunteer advocate for the ongoing Cape Wind project in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Mr. McCarthy holds a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering science and management and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
