Bennis is Managing Member & Co-Founder at 5280 Partners LLC.
Prior to forming 5280 Partners in December 2000, Mr. Bennis served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rifkin & Associates, Inc. from April 1994 until January of 2001.
In this position, he was responsible for the overall operating management of Rifkin & Associates' cable television systems, which at the time they were sold to Charter Communications, served approximately 570,000 customers.
He was elected to the National Cable Television Association Board of Directors in 1994 and represented Rifkin & Associates on this key industry advisory group until July 2000.
From 1991-1994, he served as Vice-President of Marketing and Programming for Rifkin & Associates.
Before joining Rifkin & Associates, Mr. Bennis worked for eleven years with Clairol, Inc., a subsidiary of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
At Clairol, he served as Director of Marketing for the Hair Care and Skin Care Divisions.
In this role, he was responsible for the development and successful introduction of numerous new products into the highly competitive Health and Beauty Aids category.
Mr. Bennis received his MBA from the University of Connecticut and his Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from the Pennsylvania State University.
