Jason Francl

Mr. Jason Francl is a Principal at SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners LP.
He is responsible for Tax at SteelRiver.
He works with SteelRiver’s Limited Partners and portfolio companies to efficiently structure investments and manages SteelRiver’s tax compliance.
He joined Babcock & Brown in 2007 where he was Tax Director for Babcock & Brown’s North American managed funds.
Prior to Babcock & Brown, Mr. Francl was a Partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP where he focused on tax aspects of U.S.
and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment partnerships, financial restructurings, spin-offs, and other dispositions.
Mr. Francl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grinnell College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
