He began his career at Nesbitt Thomson and subsequently adopted a portfolio approach to investing client accounts beginning in the 1970’s.
Mr. Franks is a graduate of Upper Canada College and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Trinity College, University of Toronto.
