Harry Needleman

Until July 2000, Mr. Needleman was Managing Director and General Counsel to several operating departments at ING Barings LLC and Furman Selz LLC, including the Prime Brokerage Division, which provided brokerage services to hedge funds and asset managers.
Previously, he was General Counsel and Executive Vice President of the Cantor Fitzgerald group of companies and in the Litigation Department of Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Needleman received his J.D.
from St. John's University School of Law.
