Hank James Lawlor

Mr. Hank J.
Lawlor, Jr., is a Chief Operating Officer at Monarch Partners Asset Management LLC.
Mr. Lawlor joined Monarch Partners Asset Management from Prides Capital Partners in March 2010.
He co-founded Prides Capital in 2004.
Previously, he was Partner and Managing Director of Boston Partners Asset Management, which is now a subsidiary of Robeco USA. Mr. Lawlor joined Boston Partners in April 1995 and his responsibilities included oversight of the Boston Partners Family of Funds as well as client service and sales responsibilities for institutional plan sponsors in the southeastern part of the United States.
Prior to that, he spent four years at The Boston Company.
Mr. Lawlor earned his B.S.
in Finance from Babson College.
He is currently a member of the Babson College Community, Boston Financial Professionals, and Hedge Fund CFO Groups.
