Bernard Spear

Prior to joining Roosevelt Investment Group Inc., Mr. Spear has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Comprehensive Management Ltd., a business and financial management company, since 1961.
He has assisted his firm’s clients in the development of business strategies, as well as serving as their financial and investment adviser.
He was a partner in the Certified Public Accountant firm of Reminick, Aarons & Company from 1970 until 1981, where he advised both corporate and individual clients on many phases of financial and tax planning.
He currently serves as a member of the boards of directors and advisory committees of several privately held corporations.
Mr. Spear is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, at which he served on the Securities Broker/ Dealer Committee.
His extensive community involvement has included service as a board member or president of various civic and religious institutions.
Mr. Spear received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
