Keel Capital AB is an independent alternative investment management firm headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The firm was founded by Mathias Svensson in 2009 and provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to private funds. They also serve as adviser or sub-adviser to US and non-US separately managed accounts (SMA). SMA clients are typically limited to institutions and other professional investors.

Brummer Multi-Strategy AB (BMS) is the wholly-owned alternative investment subsidiary of Brummer & Partners AB in Sweden which was founded in 2006. Headquartered in Stockholm, BMS offers the Brummer Multi-Strategy funds to institutional and private investors.

In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.
