Mohammad Rahmatullah is the founder of Akm Rahmatullah University, Alhaj Rahimullah Madrasa & Yatimkhana, A K M Rahmatullah Foundation, Alhaj Rahimullah Dhakil Madrasa & Orphanage, Halima Rahmutullahdakhil Madrasa & Orphanage, Roushan Ara Girls High School.
He currently holds the position of Chairman at FB Footwear Ltd., Footbed Footwear Ltd., Nuovo Shoes (BD) Ltd., and Bangladesh-Bharat Sampreeti Parishad.
He is also the Managing Director of Apex Tannery Ltd., Apex Properties Ltd., Apex Property Development Ltd., and Daichipex Textile Mills Ltd.
Additionally, he serves as a Director at Pioneer Insurance Co. Ltd.
since 2015.
Mr. Rahmatullah is a Member of Dhaka Club Ltd., Uttara Club Ltd., Gulshan Club Ltd., and Savar Golf Club.
He is also a Member of the Bangladesh Enterprise Institute, Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club Ltd., and Baridhara Diplomatic Enclave Club Ltd.
In the past, he held positions such as Chairman of Bangladesh Baptist Church Fellowship, Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.
and Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market, President of Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Bangladesh Textile Mills Association, and President of National Christian Fellowship of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Cos., and Dhaka City Awami League.
Mr. Rahmatullah completed his undergraduate degree from Chittagong University.
