Guest Chefs Luigi Stinga and OmurAkkor

Chef Luigi Stinga of Talea by Antonio Guida will be at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum from 29th June - 5 July as he hosts a very special menu. His cuisine offers a sophisticated twist on traditional Italian dishes with oriental influences.

Stinga developed a passion for cooking by learning alongside his grandmother, before his career started at the two Michelin-starred Ristorante Don Alfonso. Today he is Chef De Cuisine at one Michelin-starred Talea by Antonio Guida at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi where he was also recognised in MENA's 50 Best Restaurants for 2024.

Renowned Turkish Guest Chef OmurAkkor will also be at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum for the last week of July with his special menu celebrating the vibrant diversity of Aegean Cuisine.
