Aviva plc announced that Mike Craston, a non-executive director of the company has stepped down from the board of the company effective 16 April 2024, having spent over eight years with the Group in both non-executive and executive roles. As a result, Mike will not be standing for re-election at the company's annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on 2 May 2024. As the company's Notice of 2024 AGM (the Notice) has already been issued, the company confirms that the resolution to re-elect Mike Craston as a non-executive director of the company (resolution 11) is now withdrawn.
