NOTICE TO THE MARKET

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON

REDUCTION OF RELEVANT OWNERSHIP INTEREST

MELNICK DESENVOLVIMENTO IMOBILIÁRIO S.A ("Company"), in compliance with article 12, of CVM's Resolution No. 44, of August 23rd, 2021, informs its shareholders and the market that it has received, on this date, a correspondence from Nova Milano Investimentos Ltda., enrolled with the CNPJ No. 12.263.316/0001-55 ("Nova Milano"), notifying about the sale of part of the shares held by the funds managed by the Real Investor to rebalance their asset portfolio, becoming the owner of 9,930,700 common shares (MELK3), an equivalent to 4.78% of the total amount of common shares issued by the Company. The entire correspondence sent by Nova Milano is attached to this Notice.

Nova Milano also informed the Company of its intention to continue influencing the Company's management, without, however, changing the composition of its control.
