Management transaction
Under the terms and for the purposes of Article 29-R of the Portuguese Securities Code and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April, CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs on the vesting, on 10 May 2024, to the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Guy Patrick Guimarães de Goyri Pacheco, of a total of 11,661 shares, representing 0.008% of CTT's share capital. Those shares correspond to the 1st tranche of retained shares within the long-term variable remuneration relative to the 2020/2022 term of office and in execution of the remuneration policy, which includes the share option plan to Executive Directors approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 April 2021. The transaction is detailed in the notification form attached as Annex.

- banking and payment services (2.2%): savings accounts, consumer credit (auto loans and credit cards), mortgage loans, off-balance sheet savings. The group also provides payment solutions (Payshop) allowing paying for purchases through the Internet and via certified agents (kiosks, tobacconists, supermarkets, etc.).
Portugal accounts for 69% of net sales.
