Veidekke has been commissioned by Odden 1 AS to build the first construction
stage of the Odden residential project in Hinna Park, Stavanger. The project
consists of 56 environmentally certified apartments in three buildings in
addition to a parking facility. The contract is a design and build contract
valued at NOK 208 million excluding VAT.

"We appreciate the confidence shown in us and are looking forward to starting to
build Odden. This is the first stage of a great project where we have taken part
in its development, and which we will follow closely as it is just on the
doorstep of our own and OBOS's Stavanger offices. We've been working
purposefully to reduce the climate footprint of the building, and it makes me
proud to see the emission cuts we have managed to achieve. For the basement
alone, we will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by just over 40%," says district
manager Bendik Aarstad of Veidekke Bygg Rogaland.

The project will be implemented through the company Odden 1 AS, which is a
collaboration between Stavanger Utvikling, Entra, Camar Eiendom and OBOS Nye
Hjem. The first construction stage will consist of three buildings of five to
seven floors and a common underground parking facility. The homes are
characterised by a large extent of variation with two to six bedroom apartments
from 51 to 246 m[2].

"We are delighted to start this great residential project in Hinna Park. There
will be homes for everyone with good public transport options, attractive park
areas and the sea present on all sides. We're looking forward to a great
partnership with Veidekke. This is an important milestone for the further
transformation of the area," says general manager Målfrid Holme of Odden 1 and
Hinna Park Utvikling.

"As a part of our environmental commitment, all new OBOS homes are subject to
environmental certification, and the homes at Odden will receive BREEAM-NOR
certification at the Very Good level according to the v6.1 manual. With this
starting point, the environment is very much in focus at Odden," says project
manager Espen Ekeland with OBOS Nye Hjem Rogaland.

Construction works will start in June and the homes will be handed over in the
first half of 2026. This commission is included in Veidekke's order book for Q2.
