Egypt procures 1.5 mln metric tonnes of wheat in local harvest so far, supply minister says

CAIRO, May 4 (Reuters) - Egypt, often the world's biggest wheat importer, has procured 1.5 million metric tonnes of local wheat so far in the current harvest season that started in April, the supply ministry said on Saturday.
