Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

Arve Regland, EVP Finance and CFO of Orkla ASA (from 1 June 2024), has on 13 May
2024 bought 20,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 82.42 per share. The
shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction,
Regland and related parties own 65,000 shares in Orkla.
