Stellantis today announced the following organizational changes, effective June 1, 2024.
Christine Feuell has been named CEO of the Ram brand in addition to her current responsibility as CEO of the Chrysler brand, replacing Timothy Kuniskis who has decided to retire after nearly 32 years with the company.
Christine Feuell will continue to lead the electrical transformation of the Chrysler brand, while also taking over the management of the Ram brand.
Matt McAlear has also been appointed CEO of the Dodge brand, replacing Timothy Kuniskis. He joins the group's management team as Executive Vice President.
Previously, he led Dodge's commercial operations, with extensive experience in the automotive, medical and digital sectors.
