Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (NasdaqGS:PANW) agreed to acquire QRadar Software as a Service assets from International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE:IBM) for $500 million on May 15, 2024. The transaction is expected to close by the end of September 2024 and is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as financial advisor to Palo Alto Networks, Inc.
