O Enjoei S.A. ("Companhia" ou "Enjoei"), em cumprimento ao art. 157, §4º da Lei nº 6.404/76 e à Resolução CVM nº 44/2021, vem informar ao mercado em geral, em complemento ao Fato Relevante divulgado em 06/04/2022, que, ante a manutenção da cotação das ações de sua emissão acima de R$1,00 desde 18/05/2023, a B3 acatou a solicitação da Companhia de suspender o prazo concedido para reenquadramento do valor de suas ações.
Em 22/03/2023, a B3 solicitou à Companhia a divulgação dos procedimentos e do cronograma para enquadramento da cotação de suas ações em valor igual ou superior a R$1,00 ("Ofício 1"). Após requerimento realizado pelo Enjoei para suspensão do Ofício 1, em razão do retorno do valor das ações ao patamar acima de R$1,00, a B3 emitiu o Ofício 904/2023-SLS informando a decisão de deferimento do pleito do Enjoei em caráter extraordinário.
Caso ocorra o desenquadramento da cotação em uma única sessão de negociação antes de 17/11/2023, a Companhia terá o prazo de 4 (quatro) meses para tomar as medidas cabíveis para enquadrar a cotação de suas ações em valor igual ou superior a R$1,00 por unidade.
A Companhia manterá seus acionistas e o mercado em geral informados sobre eventuais novas informações do assunto objeto do presente Fato Relevante.

MATERIAL FACT
Enjoei S.A. ("Enjoei" or "Company") pursuant to Article 157, paragraph 4th of Law 6.404/76 and to CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) Regulation 44, hereby informs the market in general, in complement to the Material Fact released in 04.06.2022, that, due to the maintenance of the common share price issued by the Company above BRL 1,00 since 05.18.2023, B3 complied with the Company's request to suspend the term that was granted to conform its shares price.
In 03.22.2023, B3 requested the Company to disclose the procedures and the timetable to be adopted in order to conform the price of the Company's shares in value equal to or greater than BRL 1,00 ("Ofcial Letter 1"). After Enjoei's request to suspend the Ofcial Letter 1 due to the return of the value of the shares to the level above BRL 1,00, B3 issued the Ofcial Letter 904/2023-SLS informing the decision to grant the plea of Enjoei on an extraordinary basis.
In case the quotation of the Company's shares is not maintained above BRL 1,00 in a single trading session before 11.17.2023, the Company will have the term of 4 (four) months to take appropriate measures to frame the quotation of your shares in value equal to or greater than BRL 1,00 per unit.
The Company will keep its shareholders and the market in general informed of eventual new information in regard to the subject of the current Material Fact.
